Thousands attended the annual ‘March for Life’ in Berlin on Saturday September 17th. Around 9,000 people were registered to attend the ‘March for Life’ demonstration, which began in the early afternoon near the Brandenburg Gate.
All political, social and ecclesiastical organizations and groups were invited to fly the flag – for human dignity, for the right to life of every human being from conception to death, without restriction, without limitation, without arbitrary definition.
“Dare to go further” is the title of the coalition agreement of the federal government in Germany, but what is being planned here is not progress. Rather, the basis of our civilization is lost, which consists of accepting the life of every human being, regardless of the fulfillment of the conditions and criteria that are formed.
In the areas of abortion and embryo protection, as well as “reproductive self-determination,” this treaty calls for the abolition of nearly all legal barriers that have proven effective in protecting the embryo.
Whether through egg and sperm donation, contract motherhood, or “same-sex parenting”: the rights of parents and children before and after birth are going to be eroded. The approval of genetic optimization and manipulation of the germ line using CRISPR “genetic scissors”, the selection of embryos based on health criteria and their “use” for research purposes, the creation of chimeras for transplant purposes, all this can be seen in the coalition agreement. .
A fundamental “reassessment” of human life is being prepared and supported by stakeholders, benefiting pharmaceutical companies and doctors.
