The main objectives of the Seminar that will take place in Santiago de Compostela are, on the one hand, to bring together the thinkers who integrate this platform in Europe, and on the other hand, to carry out an analysis of the European situation in the field of values to establish a Permanent observatory as well as an action plan of the Platform.
